Taking a break from catching up on the bcn posts, in order to share with you my fabulous lunch today. I highly recommend this. I took chicken breast fillets and marinated them in soy sauce and chinese 5 spices for about an hour. Then I sauteed them and covered them with smashed avocados, a tiny bit of salt, and some crushed hazelnuts. I don't know what came over me, but damn, the shit is good.
ah, a true creative soul in the kitchen. no cooking by numbers here. yeay!
